Advanced Performers

This award-winning, competitive-level traveling musical theatre team is for children ages 8-18. Participants develop musical theatre skills with BACT specialists in dance, voice, and creative storytelling, with an emphasis on ensemble work.

Now in its 8th year, Advanced Performers is Bay Area Children’s Theatre’s nationally recognized educational theatre program. In February 2022, the cast of Matilda Jr. received awards for Excellence in Dance and Excellent Student Direction at the Junior Theatre Festival West.
