Student Matinee- Giraffes Can't Dance

Gerald the giraffe has a problem. All the other animals seem to know how to dance.
The warthogs can waltz, the rhinos can rock ‘n’ roll, even the chimps can do the
cha-cha! Gerald, with his long neck and skinny legs, thinks he cannot dance. That is,
until he discovers that “sometimes when you’re different, you just need a different song.”Based on the bestselling picture book, this brand new musical with original songs will transport you and your family to Africa where you will meet a cast of characters guaranteed to make you laugh and think. Most of all, Gerald’s story will remind you that we all can dance when we find music that we love.

All students, teachers, and chaperones are required to wear a mask while at our theatre spaces. We are committed to the health and safety of our audience members and staff and will continue to monitor state guidelines and CDC recommendations for the best protocols to make your theatre-going experience enjoyable and safe. If anyone in your party is feeling sick or experience any symptoms of COVID-19, we encourage you to please stay home.
