This world premiere commissioned musical, adapted from the bestselling children’s book by Jaqueline Woodson, tells a heartening story of uniqueness, belonging and friendship. Min, Rigoberto, Sam, and Angelina navigate taking their first steps into a new place, reminding us about the times that we’ve all felt like outsiders -and how brave it is that we go forth anyway, share our stories and happily meet each other half way. Most enjoyed by ages 5 and up.
