Elementary After School Musical Theatre Programs

BACT provides two instructors and production elements of sets, costumes, props, sound and lights. We offer two options for our after school musical theatre programs. Below is the information for each option plus additional aspects of the residency.

Option #1: One Cast of up to 30 Students
• Registration is based a on first-come first-serve basis.
• One after school rehearsal per week.
• Two performances at end of residency.
Cost: $10,500 flat fee

Option #2: Two Casts of 25-30 Students each
• Registration is based a on first-come first-serve basis. Students register for Cast A or B.
• Each cast rehearses once a week.
• Two performances per cast at end of residency. Total of four performances.
Cost: $13,500 flat fee

Whether you choose Option #1 or Option #2:
• Students register through the BACT website.
• School pays BACT flat fee and is responsible for collecting any payments from families.
• BACT provides digital files for the program and performances. School is responsible for printing and distributing materials and marketing to school community.
• School provides access to cleared rehearsal and performance spaces.
• School manages and keeps 100% of ticket sales and concessions sales.
• If T-shirts are desired, school is responsible for T-shirt production and distribution.
• Classes/rehearsals are closed to parents, guests and volunteers.
