How can two second graders who are very different become inseparable friends? Come meet quiet Ivy, who has amazing ideas, and outgoing Bean, who loves to put ideas into action. The mischievous heroines of the award-winning Ivy + Bean stories by local author Annie Barrows will be plotting their exploits onstage in this world premiere musical by Scott Elmegreen, who helped us create last season's hit touring show, The Magic School Bus, Live! The Climate Challenge.
